  After a few months of looking for a reputable company to repair hail damage I came across Iroof. **************** was great, very easy to talk to and things seemed like they were moving in the right direction. I signed a repair contract in September, I informed them that I would be selling the property by the end of the year/start of **** so I needed the repairs done in a timely manner. I stressed this multiple times through calls/texts/emails to make sure communication was open. I was told this would not be a problem (3+ months is plenty of time right?) After they repaired the roof and gutters (that have already been deemed "not up to code" by an inspector because they didn't include downspouts) we were told the down spouts weren't originally there so they didn't include them. I have called several times daily for the last 3 months trying to get a hold of them, I've texted, emailed and left multiple voicemails because the vinyl siding and skylight still needed to be repaired. I've spoken with their CCR's (who are a 3rd party company and not even direct contact to the business) and they told me every time they will "send an urgent message to take care of it or have someone call me back". They never do! Here we are on the last day of 2023 and the repairs are still not done. The vinyl siding and skylight that was "special ordered" according to what they told me on 11/17 are still waiting to be fixed, Then we find out by ******* that the Skylight and Vinyl siding was never ordered, stating that I *wanted to save money on the deductible so they thought I didn't want to repair them*. This was never the case. I text with ********* multiple times about the repairs and was told they were just waiting for the vinyl siding and skylight to come in. We asked for a timeline multiple times.. We were told the skylight would be done this Friday, confirmed via phone call, surprise they never showed up. I've now lost 2 sales on the home because of this. 10/10 would not recommend.

  They replaced our hail damaged roof, and we now have water dripping down our primary bathroom vent. We had no problems prior to their replacement of our roof. I have contacted them 4 times in the last 30 days through their customer portal and they have not fixed the problem. I would not recommend them.

  Our roof and gutters were hit by the big hail storm in May. iRoof was quick to respond and to get the project under way. Wed recommend them and use them again.

  I would highly recommend iRoof for any of your roofing needs.The team at iRoof really sets them apart, they are extremely knowledgeable, honest, have integrity and care about their work and clients.iRoof is a really good company run by really good people - 5 stars across the board!

  iRoof responded quickly to my call, regarding a leak in my roof, and scheduled a crew for a field evaluation. During the field evaluation the issue was identified and repaired the same day by the roofing crew.
