    Ordered a holster in december for ******. Said they had a lead time of 2 weeks. After a month i tried to contact them but all of there web sites are gone. No one answered the emails or phone numbers that i did have. After looking online apparently im not the only one they have done this to.

    I ordered a custom holster online from Gerber Holsters, **** on 8/29/22. Order #*****. The charge to my credit card was immediate. The stated shipping time was ***** weeks from the order date. As of 4/25/23, I have not received the holster. I've email their address 3 times since 12/10/22 with no response. The phone number listed sounds like a fax machine connection. I want Gerber Holster to refund my purchase = $157.66. I've read online social media with many others experiencing the same problem with Gerber Holsters- ***************************************************************************************** The owner, **** Gerber, has a Linked-In profile- I've tried reaching him via Linked-In to no avail. The Gerber Holster website is no longer found in online searches.

    I placed an order on July 22 2022 for a specific holster they said it will take up to 4 to 6 weeks to receive it. it is now February 0f 2023 and I have not received anything I had emailed them numerous times more then 10 time and no response I went to the bank and they could not return my money because they said its over 60 days so I lost my money and I never got the item I paid for..

    I ordered an EDC Dump Tray (order #*****) on 11/7/22. The purchase was charged to my credit card on 11/8/22 ($54.92). To date I have not received my purchase nor had any response to the emails I have sent. Unfortunately, I cant find a phone number for this business so I havent been able to reach out to them by phone.At this point, Id like my money back.

    I ordered a product on 7-26-22 from Gerber Holster that required a ***** week lead time, paid in advance. I acknowledged this wait time. The website said that if the wait time passed, to contact the company to get an update. After the lead time passed, I tried to contact Gerber Holster many times for an update, via multiple contact mediums: email to ******************************************** via their website's Contact Us form, and via a phone number that they had posted on their Contact Us page (but was deleted from the page at some point). I have never received an update or a response to any of my inquiries.I tried to find any way to contact the company, including direct messaging it on Instagram (no response). I noticed in a few of the recent posts that other customers were posting similar experiences of having paid for an item, and then never receiving the item and not being able to connect with any company representatives. The Instagram account has since been deleted, once these negative posts started accumulating.I filed a dispute with my bank, but they cannot do anything because too much time has passed (which I believe is a predatory policy that this company has in place when ordering). I also filed a dispute with the Attorney General for the *****************. They do not seem to be able to do anything either.My ultimate goal is to retrieve the money that has been stolen from me. I would also like to know if there is a way that something can be done to alert any potential new customers of what is going on with Gerber Holsters before they make a purchase.The owner, **** Gerber, has deleted his company Instagram accounts and his personal account. It seems to have been around June 2022 that this practice of theft by Gerber Holsters began, based on the date patterns I noticed on any social media posts to their pages.If there is anything you can do to help protect future customers or get my money back I would appreciate it.

    Ordered a holster from Gerber holsters in June 2022. Payment in full was sent and I have bank records showing this. I did not receive a confirmation email or any other form of communication from them regarding my order or Oder status or shipping and my holster never arrived. I have attempted to contact them numerous times through email and calls with no response. I messaged them on Instagram and made every effort possible to try and contact at them. At this point Im not sure if this is a scam company or what is going on. I just want my money back and would like to make others aware of the issues Ive had with this company. Others on Instagram shared similar experiences.

    On June 17th 2022 I purchased a holster for $121.50, order *****. At the time I was informed there was a ***** week lead time, which I was ok with. On Sept 15th (13 weeks) I emailed customer service and asked for a status update, but received no response. I emailed 4 more times in November with no response. In my last email I requested to cancel my order, but I have received no refund. It has now been nearly 24 weeks. I also called multiple times with no answer, and l left a voice message asking for a call back, which I did not receive. At this point I consider this a fraudulent transaction for which I have no means to recover my payment. I would like to warn other consumers about the risk of purchasing from this company, which still has a live website.
