- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH/bank transfers processed securely through Square. Monthly retainer services are billed automatically at the beginning of each service period. Invoicing available upon request. No long-term contracts required.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Month-to-month service agreements with no long-term contracts. Clients may cancel services with 30 days written notice. First month setup fees are non-refundable after work has begun. Monthly retainer fees are billed at the beginning of each service period and are non-refundable once the service month has started. Custom website design projects require 50% deposit upfront, with remaining balance due upon completion. We stand behind our work and will address any service concerns promptly.
