    Very frustrated with this clinic for billing discrepancies. They provided an estimate and I moved forward with the procedure that they told me my insurance covered partially, I found out the hard way that my insurance doesn't cover the procedure at all and I was left on the line for 67% more than what I had already paid, hundreds of dollars. They would not take responsibility for their mistake and instead told me I shouldn't have trusted their estimate and double-checked my coverage myself. I've seen several other reviews online now that are the exact same scenario I faced and it makes me wonder if they purposefully underquote procedures and tell patients something is covered that isn't. A very unethical practice if so.

    ****************** is unethical. Pushes unnecessary treatments on patients. I went in for a routine cleaning. It was my first time to the clinic. After my cleaning, the hygienist said the doctor needs one more scan of my teeth. He scanned me for Invisalign without my knowledge, and then insisted that I needed them or horrible things were going to happen with the health of my teeth. When I said I couldnt afford them he roped me in to Cherry finances services. He charges me $135 for fees, which ****** later said was fraud; they dont charge dentists fees for use of their services and they refunded my $135. Then, ****************** wouldnt let me cancel my Invisalign treatment. Never retuned my calls. His secretary offered me $480 refund to pick up the trays and go to another dentist. What about the $2700 I supposedly owe? Does ****************** get paid for no service? Total scam artist.
