- Our ability to provide refunds varies by product or service. If a customer is not satisfied with the dance instruction we provide we may refund up to one month of tuition. Dance competition fees, once paid to the competition organization, are usually not refundable. Purchased merchandise such as costumes or dance wear may not be returned once worn (other than to try on the merchandise to ensure fit). There may be restocking fees on returned merchandise.
