    DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! Brought it in for a cylinder misfire. Had this issue a couple months back on a different cylinder. It needed the spark plug changed. Should have just done them all. But brought it to Christian Bros. They tried to charge me $1000 to change the plugs and wires on the vehicle. Wanted to charge me $350 for a set of spark plug wires because "we get them from the ***** dealership". I called the dealership and as a freaking citizen I could get that set for $200. Them being a shop they get a discount off that. They also tried to upsell me another $3,000 worth of work they said the vehicle needed. Before I took it in I could drive it just fine you could barely feel the misfire. After getting it back and not having the services done the engine is shaking so hard I now have to have it towed to the next shop. They also went through an 8th of a gallon worth of gas by having it in the shop for Diagnostics which means they just left it running for hours and hours while it had an active engine misfire These people are an absolute rip-off whatever they did made my motor absolutely five times worse than it was and I recommend nobody ever in their life goes here. Oh and while I was there a woman was bringing her car in for the second week in a row for another several thousand dollars worth of work done that apparently all happened in the last week since she got her vehicle back from them.

    I am a low income senior, it took me over a year to save up enough money to get my car fixed. I also have Lupus and be in the heat. I requested an estimate to have my air conditioner fixed. It all of a sudden was blowing out hot air. I also needed to replace my low beam headlight on passenger side. 2004 ***** 6, you need to take of front bumper to fix it, as well as my remote entry 3 button replacement. It was supposed to be estimated at $428.23 which was already going to be $28.23 over what I had. I had someone who was willing to pay the rest and also do an oil change. I made it clear that I needed there 3 things fixed. They assured me they would and were fixed. The total price was still over what I could pay. But I was assured that all the things I requested fixed would be but the price was now$506.26 I was able to get it done from this person who was a caring soul. I have spent everything I had , have. I am unable to drive my car do to the ac not working will inflame my lupus and the remot not being replaced. When I went back they said it would be $300.00 & something for the remote. They just charged me $165 for telling me I needed a new replacement. I already new that. That is as far as I got with them they were rude and nasty. I just got ripped off. Can you please help me? As well as others so they wont be victims as well? I appreciate what ever you can do. Thank you.
