  ****** ******** and ******** ****** are selling fraudlent properties. Per their story they have known for over 3 weeks the property was fraudulent yet they have left it listed for nearly 90 days total. They then tried to short sell the property with out legal rights to sell. Stating the contacted the "REAL" owners and they were eager to sell and were from ******... but their son from "Denver" drove down the Code of the West and Gave them the ok to sell. This has to be one of the biggest scam coprorations in the ******************* REgion.Not only have I left negative reviews where possible their shady team still has the listing up and is taking offers from people.I have also contacted to the ************************** and filed a complaint too.

  Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take all complaints seriously and appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification regarding your experience with Code of the West Real Estate and our agents, ****** ***** and ****** *******.
  After reviewing the details of your complaint, we respectfully disagree with the claims presented. Our records and MLS documentation show that the property in question was never listed or marketed in a fraudulent or misleading manner. There was a fraudulent seller claiming to be the owner, which unfortunately is the world we live in currently, but we promptly discovered the fraud and worked through the issues to find the correct owner so the property has a clean and clear title and is ready to transfer to the new owner. Code of the West Real Estate will only advertise properties that are properly authorized and fully compliant with MLS and *********************************************** regulations. Each listing is verified and traceable within MLS records, which we are happy to provide to the BBB for review.
  We also want to clarify that at no point did our brokerage or any of our agents request, accept, or handle cash transactions outside of standard escrow procedures, nor would they ever. All financial exchanges related to real estate transactions are managed exclusively through licensed title companies to ensure compliance with state law and consumer protection standards.
  As a licensed Colorado real estate brokerage, we hold ourselves to the highest ethical and professional standards outlined by both the *********************************************** and the REALTOR Code of Ethics. Our review of this matter indicates that no fraudulent or improper activity occurred.
  We regret that there has been any misunderstanding, and we are happy to answer any specific questions or provide documentation to help clear up any confusion. Our goal is always to maintain transparency and professionalism in every transaction and interaction.
