              Bought 3 wines on website at $100 per 0 28 Sep. Got email from owner saying they dont have. Grappa sold to me, got email receipt order #***, and called Grappa via telecon to confirm. Owner said I could get at **** fine wines for $147 per. Apparently he is affiliated with both stores. I said no. What a total scam!

              Upon receiving this order, we discovered an inventory glitch between our in store POS and our online e-commerce system. We are working feverishly to fix that. Upon discovering the error with this order, we notified the client, and offered another more expensive wine from the same producer at the same price. When he declined that, we immediately refunded his card. As a small, family owned store, we do our level best to keep inventory online that we actually have in stock. As with ALL stores, occasionally, there are inventory errors. We are in no way affiliated with *************** mentioned. However, I saw that the wine the client was after was available there and wanted to let the customer know. This is called customer service, something we've been very proud to offer since ****.
