I had work done by this business in April 2022 which cost ******. I had this business put in concrete, grass, and a fence. The concrete does not slant away from the home and has concave areas so the water sits and goes towards the foundation. My basement flooded and my partner reached out to him as in the past he stopped reaching out to me and I could not get ahold of him to fix other things that were wrong such as the sod he laid down, a fence that he put up and I could not open, and he did not make the fire pit as I requested. I had to hire someone else to fix these things. My partner reached out and got into contact using her cell phone number and he said to text the address that the house was worked on. I texted him from my phone the address and he did not text back. He showed up unannounced the same day. Him and my partner talked and she showed him the issues with the concrete and he agreed to fix it on Sunday 7/16. The agreement was that he would take out and replace the section in front of the sliding door and the dog run. My partner tried to reach him every day to discuss the middle slab of concrete because water does go to foundation on that slab as well. My partner called and texted every day with no response and tried to text and call on what time he was coming 7/16. No response. He did not show up when he agreed. We are still unable to contact him.
