    Maize Mechanical installed a heat pump in our 25-year-old home. Our air conditioning unit had broken down, and we also wanted to replace our gas-forced air furnace due to climate change concerns and its age. During our competitive bidding process, we were impressed by Maize Mechanicals competitive pricing and the owner, Mr. ********** extensive knowledge about heat pumps, especially for our 4000 square foot home.We opted for a side discharge heat pump because of the limited space for the outdoor unit. Unfortunately, the unit was defective, and the manufacturer refused to replace it under warranty. Instead of going to court, Maize Mechanical, at their own expense, replaced the heat pump with a new unit from a more reputable company. Now, we enjoy reliable heating and cooling with a reduced environmental impact.Maize Mechanical also values customer service after the sale. They worked with us on the equipments operation and promptly answered our questions. Our purchase included a five-year commitment to maintain the equipment through no-cost annual checkups.
