    My son made an in-app purchase using a ****** Play card in the game Gigabit Offroad, which is a game made by Gigabit Games. He e-mailed them on Jan 25 to inform them that he never received the truck that he purchased for $5.30. The support team responded the same day asking for more information, which he sent to them the following day on Jan 26. That was the last we heard from them. We sent a follow-up email on Jan 31 and again on Feb 21 letting them know that we still had not received the in-app purchase or a refund. This is not so much a matter of the money as a matter of principle and giving a minor child what you agreed to. We are requesting either delivery of the item purchased or a refund.
