    Needed a key removed from ignition. Called business, apparently was owner answered. He indicated could not be at my home immediately, did not advise custoner what his charges would be. Advised when he was free he could make call. Home (vehicle) located 2 blocks away from his business. He arrived (*********************) after 5:00 PM, which customer believed he had closed out and might even be headed home afterwards. ************ did not indicate how or how much his charges were to be. He very well spent all of 20 cents in gas costs for 4 blocks of travel (both ways). ************ spent all of 5 minutes relieving the key from ignition, but nothing more. Customer advised was caught without cash on hand to directly pay him. Again ************ did not advise what cost would be billed. Was billed $92.89 with $2.70 in shop supplies included. Customer took $60. to business and advised owner he was gouging customers. Now getting late fees for rest of the charge. Customer is 71 yrs old (Senior) no discounts? Customer on dialysis for kidney issues, no discounts? Paying high health costs, all most broke, no discounts? I had other business tried to bring Try B. but **** chev Impala for $2000 worth of work, owner turned it away.... He didn't want to discuss a compromise for other work. So I guess if **** gets paid fully it will be in pennies over the counter. I will be outside the business from here on out, protesting.
