March 21st 2023, I booked a 2 hour tour and the service was not rendered. I paid $980. And did not receive a credit, voucher or refund. On March 21st, 2023, I made a last-minute booking for the Monarch Park Scenic Tour (2-hour tour) through a phone conversation with ***********************. The reservation consisted of 2 double bookings and 4 single bookings. Unfortunately, during the initial 5 minutes of the tour, one member of our group had an accident and fell approximately 20 feet down a cliff, sustaining injuries including broken ribs and a punctured lung, requiring immediate emergency surgery and hospitalization.Following the incident, our tour guide, Shep, promptly returned us to Monarch Tours without offering us the option to continue the tour. Concerned about the incomplete tour, I reached out to *********************** to inquire about potential resolutions such as a voucher, credit, or refund. However, she directed me to contact the owner for further assistance. Despite my efforts to reach the owner, my attempts were unsuccessful. Although the owner did leave a voicemail, my returned call was met with the response that he was currently occupied and would call me back, which unfortunately never occurred.Considering the circumstances, we paid for a service that was not fully provided, and we have encountered resistance from Monarch Tours when seeking a resolution.
