During my stay from August 4th to August 5th, I encountered a series of troubling issues that warrant immediate attention: Unjust Smoking Fee: I was wrongly charged a $100 smoking fee, despite the fact that none of the individuals I was staying with smoke. This fee was levied without any valid evidence or basis. Dishonest Management: I experienced a distressing encounter with the management team, specifically with individuals named Rhonda and Chris. Their behavior was aggressive and off-putting when I attempted to discuss the additional charges. Faulty Room Amenities: Non-functioning Outlets: The room I stayed in had malfunctioning electrical outlets, which greatly inconvenienced me during my stay. Hygiene Issues: The shower drain was clogged with hair upon arrival, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. Unsanitary Bedding: The comforter provided in the room appeared to have never been washed, which is both unsanitary and unacceptable for a reputable establishment. These experiences have left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of service and overall standards maintained by Rodeway Inn. I believe that it is crucial for establishments of this nature to uphold high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and transparency.
