    I live an hour from Pueblo, near **********. I bought a **** International dump truck for personal use. I wanted to have new brakes and tires before I took it up the mountain. Based 100% on their brand name, I took it to MHC Kenworth Pueblo CO. Big mistake. They let the truck sit for a week. Nothing was fixed.When they looked, they were unable to produce any type of positive results.In fact, as you will see- they made matters worse for me.When I had them stop and took the truck to another shop, there was a loud metal-on-metal grinding noise.Yes, they offered to look at the grinding issue (they are polite). But I was taking the truck to another shop, and I already felt that I was being treated lightly because I did not have a new truck, a fleet, and a corporate card.I'm just a guy that wants to be treated reasonably, take my truck home and do my little projects.They (politely) state that they reduced my bill by $1K or more. Here's the issue with that; I never authorized a move past $650. So running up the bill and then "discounting" ultimately meant that I paid $580 and change. Not for nothing- I paid that money to have the truck sit for a week, and come back to me WORSE with a new grinding noise a week and a half later. I recently spoke with the Service Manager. Very polite. I offered to half the bill due to my experience. He said that he would call me back after talking to (I forget, the boss or whatever). Since then- radio silence. I intend to post this on every platform I can find. I intend to push until I have expressed that the brand will take advantage of you if you are an individual, in my experience.The new shop just got the parts in. Turns out it was an issue that was easily diagnosed and is being fixed in a competent shop in a reasonable manner.I have tried to word this note in a polite manner. ************
