On 10/14/21 At approximately 7am MT A work zone traffic control truck ran my husband off the road and caused significant damage to the right side of our primary private vehicle making it undrivable. This was near the intersection of Lexington and ************** in ****************. After it was discovered to be more than just a flat tire the Safety manager and his boss both refuse to take accountability. Even though the driver of the work zone truck and its passenger confirmed running him off the road. They even assisted in putting on the spare tire. Since the vehicles didnt make contact the company leadership is saying its not their problem. They say their company goal is to prioritize safety at all times on their website but this demonstrates they dont actually prioritize it if they are the ones causing an unsafe environment. They refuse to give us their insurance information so we can process with our insurance. This was an accident that they are not acknowledging or holding accountable. Their website says they provide safety training. Perhaps they are overdue for some driving safety and checking blind spots before merging into other cars.
