"This company needs to be shut down plain and simple. I rented a towable boom lift, when my worker returned with it I started to look over the equipment to find, all safety features completely inoperable, parking brake does not work and has a broken mechanism, light harness is cheered in half and completely unusable, ball lock was put on with a nut and bolt rather than a pin, safety chains not in tact, safety brake completely missing the hook to attach to the truck as well as cord and mechanism was engaged, and only 3 of the 4 outriggers were operable, when I called to ask I was met with hostility and told it was still usable, then get told if you don't like the way it looks bring it back, so I do so for them to not even release the ball lock at the hitch and lift it off my truck with a piece of equipment." ...
