This review is for Cleary Buildings in ********* ********. I signed a contract with Cleary in April 2022 for a 12x36 addition. I didn't receive my material until January 2023. Construction started March of 2023. Cleary hit my waterline and my electrical the first week of March causing a 2 week delay. They returned the first of April but the material for the exterior was wrong color and wrong size. The new project manager( ***********************) said we would remeasure and reorder the material. In May I called ***** and asked where my material was but ***** never returned my voice mails. After several calls in May not being returned I called the home office in ****** *********. This is now the first week in June 2023. The home office said that ***** never ordered my new material. I find that totally incompetent. The home office said my new material will be at my location in 6 weeks. Today is July 13,2023. My gutters are to be completed on the 21. I hope that will complete my building. It has been 15 months from signing the contract to the suppose finished product. This is only a 12x36 addition. The management at Cleary are a disaster. My wife and I experienced stress for 15 months we also lost income as the purpose of the additional stall was to house another horse to provide additional riding lessons to nearby children. If your thinking of doing business with Cleary Building don't. Even if you have to pay more for your barn or addition with another company don't use Cleary. I haven't made final payment to Cleary but let's see if they make your concession for a 15 month disaster by Cleary.

We are in frequent communications to get all issues resolved for this client and get this project to a conclusion. The responsibility to have the lines marked as noted, that is the responsibility of the client per the contract. Certainly there have been delays with this project. Some unavoidable due to material delays. Certainly some avoidable involving personnel changes, and errors made which we have apologized for to the client. We look to conclude this project in the very near future and ensure that the client is satisfied with the completed building.
