    Effectv engages in unorthodox business practices with respect to television industry established protocol. Televison industry established protocol provides for the following. Number one an advance schedule so that clients can know when their commercial will be airing. Number two mid campaign updates so that clients can monitor progress. In essence, Effectv provides no real proof that commercials are being placed according to the client's needs and desire. Sales Representatives are grossly unprofessional as they do not return calls or provide proper updates. The fact that Effect does not provide relentless transparency, it creates a nightmare for ************************* **** with respect to giving customers proper updates. Proof that commercials aired are being manufactured by Effectv not consisting of actual time stamps showing proof that the commercial actually aired. Attached to this complaint is an email that *************** Services sent to management at Effectv as a cry for help due to their horrible customer service. Please review the email sent to a supervisor with Effectv to see our frustration with the process. In closing, Effectv's inability to provide quality service has caused ********** (************************* ****) to suffer financial injury because our clients are not willing to continue on with us due to obvious frustration. In addition, their systems through their own admission frequently malfunctioned causing additional damage.

    I have been trying to get my internet bill issue settled for some time now. The case manager Dana that I tried to speak with refused to listen to anything I would say regarding the account. I moved out of my apartment. I owned my equipment and requested they turn off my services after April 9th as I would no longer be in the home. She advised that they sent me countless letters advising of my bill. Which is so ironic because how do you receive letters at an address you no longer live at? She refused to let me even give her a timeline of events from point to point instead she kept saying “I turned in my equipment”… I’m not turning in equipment I own… now I’m taking my business to AT&T. As a quality assurance analyst for a company that partners with xfinity I’m surprised with how poor the customer service is with this company. I could understand if I was being a Karen yelling and screaming at her but she literally just kept interrupting me and giving me answers that were incorrect. Then SHE started yelling at me. Telling me I was coming at her. You get paid to help resolve issues for people that are being negatively impacted by your companies error. If it was your money you’d be upset too. Especially when no one in the company will listen to you.
