    I paid these guys for trash service A MONTH ago and they have failed to bring me trash cans or provide me with service. When I call in, they are incredibly rude and make poor excuses. They said they'd refund me and did not!! I want my money back and I want the company shut down. You're supposed to take out the trash, not be it. So WHY do you take my money and provide me with no service?? ********. These guys are liars and fakes. They don't actually do what they say.

    We are writing to address a concern raised by a customer regarding our service. The issue began due to a transposed address on the account, which led to the initial delay. While the customer's street is within our service area, their driveway is located on a street that we do not service. As a result, their trash and recycling bins were delivered to the designated community spot for that area.
    We fully understand the customers frustration and, as a result, we issued a complete refund for the inconvenience. Although the customer could have taken their trash to the transfer station free of charge until the issue was resolved, they opted to place the trash at the end of the managers driveway.
    We are committed to resolving this matter promptly and are taking steps to improve our service to prevent any future confusion.

    I have been a customer of this business since June of 2022 and to date, my trash hasn't been picked up approximately eight times. Four of them since the first of January 2023 and I've paid for my service. I have called them and left messages, emailed them, talked to them, and get the same old story. I have asked a manager to call me back several times and nobody has returned my call. The service or lack of from this company is terrible along with their customer service.

    ****, I am sorry for the inconsistent service. We do our very best to service everyone as scheduled. You called the office on February 15th to report a missed pick **** I understood your frustration and put a 2 month credit on your account. I do apologize but you do live in an area that is extremely hard to service safely in the winter.

    I was billed for three month's service at the beginning of July, 22, but cancelled at the end of July. They still have not issued my refund for the two months (Aug, Sept.). I have called multiple times, left messages but have gotten no response. They own me more than $60.
