    On their website, it has a summer sale of a discounted rate. My 10x10 should have been $89 a month for the first 3 months. I am being billed $200 a month. When I called they said I should have told them that I wanted that rate. However, nothing on their website suggests that I needed to do that. They were very rude and unwilling to honor the price on their own website.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,


    The customer states that there was a special online when they rented the unit.  We have specials and change them on a regular basis.  Our specials are exactly like a grocery store coupon.  If you use the coupon, you get the special.  If you don't then you don't get the special.  If you go to a grocery store, the grocery store, and many other businesses, don't automatically give you the lower price they have online or on their website at checkout.  You have to either bring in the coupon or notify the business that you found the price lower online.   ********** any many other companies have different prices at the store VS the price you can pay if you use their app or website.

    Secondly, the website calls for the reservation to be made online.  The customer did not make the reservation online, they came into the store.

    I'm sorry the customer feels that we misrepresented something.  Like every other business, we use websites and other avenues to advertise.  We use the data to determine the effectiveness of our advertising.  Prices change frequently and the store software is not set up to manage nor track online/internet advertising.  It's why we have a button to "Reserve" the unit online.
