Refund and Exchange Policy

Personal training sessions are $60/hour and must be paid for prior to your scheduled appointment. Paid sessions are valid for 45 days from the purchase date. To reschedule any appointment, I must be notified by you in writing/text/email at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise the session will be charged in full. Refunds will only be issued for any unused sessions within 45 days from the purchase date.

Fitness App purchases are final.  Fitness App monthly subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and can be canceled by the user at any time. Cancelation of the Fitness App must be done prior to the next billing cycle, otherwise the month will be charged in full.  No partial refunds will be issued.

For all other services including but not limited to fitness app online training, consultations, workshops, posing coaching, and nutrition coaching, and sponsorships, there are no refunds.
