      My mother has COPD and had bought an oxygen concentrator. It broke within the first year and replaced the broken part, but the shipping was almost $100 and she had to pay it. It took 3 months for her to get it back. Which is ridiculous, she needs it to help her breathe when she goes to her doctor appointments. Now the same part just broke again and they said its not under any type of warranty even though it has been under a year and she would have to pay $300 more and shipping cost. This company is absolutely ridiculous. Most elderly are on fixed incomes and cant afford groceries and they are scamming these poor people. Just sickening!

      I called 1st Class Medical for information on portable oxygen units. All of my questions were answered and my concerns were listened to and addressed. ***** was very helpful and made sure I understood the information I was getting and that I had all the information I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a POC. *****

      **** was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I told him I was hesitant about ordering this device on line with credit card and this amount of money. He agreed to let me try for 5 days and if not satisfied send back no questions ask with refund. Sure hope I did the right thing. ****, was very understanding and answered all my questions explained all the features comparing with the Introgen.       I have had the misfortune of buying a ******** respironics simply go from First medical. within 4 months it failed. I sent it in for warranty repairs which took almost 10 months. First medical offered me no interim solution. Now on July 27 I reported another failure. They informed me it was still under warranty I asked if they could help me find a local repair site. No they wouldnt. So I tried and found no one local. I called back on Aug 3 and was told too bad its out of warranty It ended in July. They neglected to tell me that when I first called. They do not treat customers right. since I reported the failure before the end of the warranty I expected them to honor it. All they did was say too bad. This is very poor customer treatment. Do not do business with these people.
