Worst customer service people I had to deal with. When I ordered the portable oxygen concentrator, I was told that I would be getting in 1-2 day. It was received yesterday 5/7/2025. Between the day I ordered and the day I received, I contacted the company and I was told that they couldnt help me, not even contact **** The day that it was received on on the day of my sisters awake and I needed the machine to take my father to the awake. Dont get close to the salesman ****** *******. He was the one that lied to me. Told me that shipping was free and it would take 1-2 days. He charged me $45.00, that he can keep it. I was told by various customers services **** that ****** was new in the company. In this company you cant get connected to any supervisors. They only have customer service ****.I dont know how they sell equipment to keep people alive. I will never never refer the company to anyone.. I had to give 1 star because didnt let me give 0 (zero)

When trying to find an xtra battery for my portable concentrator ( from a different company) we discovered it was "rebranded" with a different manufactuers name which made it tricky to track down but **** was able to find the model I needed and was getting it shipped today, great experience1st Class Medical LLC
