- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please send email to [email protected] so we can provide you with instructions to send back the items to our US warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached (if applicable). The articles also should not have animal hair on them or have any odor such as cigarette smokes as we cannot accept returned articles in those conditions.
For denims, we have two tags for each article and it is a MUST to have the tag that is stapled to the waist of the garment be presence in order for the garment to be approved for refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery - Business Categories
