      We used Gentle Hands Moving to move to Denver. We had multiple things broken. We spoke to the manager within the 3 days required to get compensation for broken things and the check has "been in the mail" for almost 3 months. We had furniture damaged, an elliptical cord ripped out of the wall so the adapter needs to be replaced. Cat tree broken. Multiple items on a vintage motorcycle were broken off of the motorcycle. We now have finished unpacking and putting things away; there are boxes of things we just can't find. We have now talked to the manager on the phone at least 3 times and don't believe that the check is "in the mail" or that he is doing more research about the vintage motorcycle. We have already researched, found, and bought most of the items to fix the motorcycle. With everything damaged, and needs to be fixed, or replaced this move has cost ** at least $3000 above what they charged us for the move.
