      Truly one star is too much for this company. They only care about growing their business even if that means sharing all of your personal information they have on file. My fiancé’s acquaintance/friend called to see about getting on board with Bam Broadband and gave my fiancé’s name for the referral program and the rep with Bam also gave out my first and last name and mentioned that I too was on the account. That is not anyone’s business. The guy gave my fiancé’s full name and that should have been enough. Giving out other authorized signers information on the account BY BAM’S EMPLOYEE is totally unprofessional! When I called to inquire about their privacy policies and procedures the rep was extremely disrespectful trying to get loud with me as if I gave away her information. She also thought removing me off the account was the solution. I asked for it to be escalated and I have never contacted again by the rep or a manager at Bam to address my concern. She did send a generic email to the email on file, which is my fiancé’s. But how does that address the violation of MY INFORMATION? Also after actually doing my own research it seems like their customer service and internet suck so aside from violating my privacy they’ve also wasted my time. Thank goodness my email wasn’t on file otherwise that employee would have probably also divulged that extra piece of information. Companies like Bam Broadband who cannot respect their customer’s privacy are unethical and unlawful. ZERO STARS ALL AROUND!

      I'm writing back to provide an update on my 6/14 review of BAM Broadband. ***** ****** at BAM came through and addressed my concerns about my damaged sprinkler line. They covered the costs of the repair. Thank you for responding to my tickets and making it right. ******

      These people are horrible to deal with. *** never ordered installation for any of their products. Yet I keep getting email and phone calls that they want to set up installation on my property. Ive called numerous times and talk to numerous people and they all tell me that they will take care of it and yet the problem continues. Run the other way if they try to get you to buy their service. Horrible, horrible horrible

      I am so impressed with BAM Broadband LLC as a company as well as their fiber optic internet. From start to finish everyone involved has been professional, efficient, and genuinely nice. If one calls the company for any reason, one is greeted by a very helpful person rather than recordings.Each step of the fiber installation was carried out with precision and timeliness. When "burying" the fiber across the lawn, there is absolutely no disturbance to the lawn or gardens. Three cheers to a small company who has put back quality, value, and stellar service into business.I could go on and on, but sufice it to say that every aspect of this company is wonderful.

      The worse!! Had less than 2 weeks constant problems. Called to have a tech come out, they were going to charge $110 an hour. I said No way, it's BAMs problem and we've had no good service less than 2 weeks since you attempted to connect us. We canceled the moment he said they were going to charge us. Now they want their router back, fine oh my gosh that is another story I won't bore you with. Try returning it Ha!!!!!

      The absolute worst. The service is NOT reliable. It has currently been out for 3 days, and these events arent uncommon. **************** is horrible. They do not return calls, and you are on hold for hours. If there is a service outage, its never their fault, its always a downstream provider, and when it happens you get an email saying please dont call us as it bogs down customer service and we wont return your calls. Stay away from them if you can. ******* or Maverik would be much better choices

      They came into put in the fiber optic cables for the neighborhood. We asked if we should move any of the plants, grass and bulbs and they said no. Then they tore the whole garden apart and ruined tons of work and cost us a lot of money. I confronted them about it and they smiled and laughed. I have before and after pics. The customer service to deal with this issue was atrocious.

      It has been 5 days of outage with little to no explanation of the issue(s). They could have replaced their entire headend in 4 days. I received a generic issue resolved message on Friday only for their service to drop again.They stated they were going to credit my account but that still does not address the inability to work effectively from home.As for their 1.2gig claim, I have yet to receive 1gig speeds and 120 mbps speeds consistently with sub 100mbps on a regular basis.
