            I paid $495 for a 5 pack of horseback riding ******s from Black Kettle Ranch. **** elected to not provide 2 of the 5 ******s and stated she would issue me a refund by 7/15. I have not received a refund. She needs to refund me $198 in order for this issue to be resolved. I would not recommend this riding facility to anyone. **** is incredibly difficult to work with and allows herself to cancel ******s all the time but does not allow any flexibility for clients. (See texts. I asked one time if we could push a ****** back an hour and she elected to not proceed further with any additional ******s. She had canceled the last 3 ******s on me due to weather or illness despite the fact that she has an indoor arena that could have been ridden in.)

            My name is ******. I worked for **** at Black Kettle Ranch in March and April of 2023. I cleaned stalls, filled the water and swept. I stopped working there because it was not a healthy environment for me. I am an adult with disabilities and I have rights. **** has not paid me my final pay check. She has been informed by my team on several occasions that she owes me 60 dollars for work I performed. She has been reported to **************** Services two times and a Critical Incident report was filed with DDRC for exploitation of a vulnerable adult with disabilities. She still refuses to pay me. At this point, we will have to contact the ******************************************. I am glad I have a team of strong advocates helping me get the money that is due to me.
