    I hired ************* ********* Upholstery (************************************) to perform upholstery work on my car. I dropped off the vehicle on July 15, 2025, and was told the job would take 5 to 7 days. However, it took nearly 20 days, and I received no meaningful updates or explanation for the delay.During that time, I visited the shop twice. On the first visit, I was told I could not see my car. On the second, I found that no work had been donejust a childish drawing on the seat, which appeared to be a joke or prank. I documented this with a photo.The car was finally returned to me on August 4, 2025, in terrible condition. The upholstery work was sloppy, uneven, and caused irreparable damage to my vehicles interior. The quality was far below any professional standard and has devalued my car.I paid $5,000 in full for this job, and the results were unacceptable.On August 5, I called the business and spoke with **** who claimed to be the front desk manager but refused to give his last name. When I raised my concerns and requested a refund, he focused on my wording rather than the issue, and hung up on me when I asked to speak with the owner.This business has shown poor workmanship, a lack of professionalism, and no willingness to resolve the issue. I am requesting a full refund of $5,000 and any assistance your office can provide to hold them accountable.
