We stayed here memorial day weekend (28th-29th 2022). Room 55. I spent $500 for a resort stay at this establishment and the hot springs. When attempting to bathe my children after a day in the hot springs, my shower hot water did not work. I called the front desk and requested multiple times for a service person to adjust the mixing valve. I was ignored multiple times and eventually was told theres nothing they could do. Which I know full well is nonsense. Its a simple adjustment and I instructed multiple people how to do it but that I wasnt taking liability. They even asked me to fix it if they brought me a screwdriver! Im not the maintenance person nor is this my building. I was then told that they would send someone better suited but no one showed up at all and I just gave up on them being helpful or following through with what they told me. I paid for a service and features and didnt receive what I paid for. I reached out to them directly after we left and still have not received a call back. I dont need a full refund. I did use their facilities after all. I do however believe a credit is in order for basic facilities that were not functioning appropriately nor were addressed as was told along with many hours of my night wasted.Initial Complaint

I was quoted $189 for my room then was charged $315 upon checkout. I have tried multiple times to contact the hotel regarding this but havent heard back and it seems like they are refusing to adjust the price. Also the room was dirty and hadnt been vacuumed and I was given dirty towels at the spa and all they said was they were sorry. I would like to re do my visit. I dont feel this is acceptable customer service regarding this matter and would like further assistance. I would like a refund of the difference. Thank you.
