All returns require a RMA Number. Please contact us prior to returning any item to get a RMA Number. Returns are not accepted without the RMA number.

Please provide your: Name, phone number, Order number and reason for return. If possible please include photos of items and packaging damaged in shipment.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
The RMA number must be printed clearly on the outside of the return package.
Items received without an RMA or packages not clearly indicating the RMA number will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Inventory item returns are allowed up to 14 days from the date received provided the item(s) are in new, unused, undamaged, re-saleable condition.
Non-inventory items are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
Item not in re-saleable condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping costs to return items are at the expense of the buyer.
Return Authorization numbers remain open for 30 days.
