    I just searched Front Line Protection randomly because I needed to update my payment method. I noticed they had no reviews on BBB and wanted to leave one. I have used this company to secure my business for over 7 years. They are the most responsive, reliable & consistent vendor I have. They have quickly installed new equipment, advised me to make practical purchases when I was ready to overspend, and ultimately always answer or get right back to me. I am so thankful for having a local family that I can reach quickly when I have an issue with my alarm. Our warehouse is in a very sketchy neighborhood and I truly believe their camera's & monitoring have made our space & ultimately our livelihood more secure.

    ADT SECURITY. When purchased i was not told about 6 yr limit. Not until I tried to cancel service. I was not given directions on changing batteries or Anything. While changing batteries the fire **** responded. Of course price raised more than I could afford. Cameras only worked when they wanted too. Not often. Sent tech, sales people that did not know what they were doing. I called to cancel after the 6 yr talked to ******, account mgmt she kept trying to save the account. That was n may, I'm not my 70s and got tired of talking with her and I must've agreed to what she was saying. Thought it was a done deal till it came out of my account again a few months later. August 8 called back, talked to ****, another account manager. Went through the same thing AGAIN. I repeated myself SO many times I want it canceled. Told her fine I would cancel at the bank. Hung up. Paid to have it stopped. Now they have sent bill because I stopped everything. I had assumed *** was a reputable company. Found out I was SO WRONG.
