    My company purchased a bumper from BumperSuperstore.com on 07-23-2024 that was $1864.95. We were told that the bumper would be shipped to us within 6 weeks. On 08-04-24 I asked for an update on the status and was told that we still had 2-3 weeks out before the bumper would be shipped. On 08-19-24 we asked for another update and was the told that there was a delay and the bumper was on back order with no current ETA. On 08-26-24 I contacted the customer service email again and told them to cancel my order. At that time I was told it would take 7-14 days to get a refund processed. On 09-06-24 I asked for a status on my refund and was met with a "EMAIL ADDRESS NOT FOUND", even though this is the same email thread that I have been communicating through the whole time. Finally on 09-09-24 I got a response stating "Due to recent upgrades made to our website, unfortunately, some refunds got stuck in the refund processing stage" with no refund date. On 09-11-24, the 15 day for a refund, I emailed the company once again asking for an update and was basically told the same thing. Today is 09-18-24 and we are on the 22nd day of waiting for a $1864.95 refund. From the start of this process I have spent 8 weeks talking to this company and have gotten nowhere.

    I have contacted multiple times since October 2023 to talk to a dallas *****. even when available somehow I just get sent to voice-mail, and numerous emails with no response. now they have my part and my money! with an excuse that it was sent back to my card, but the card I used has been closed for over a year and I have documentation from the bank saying i never recieved any funds and the refund would be blocked from the card due to the card not being active. What I want to know is if it was a warranty why was the old original amount refunded and not the amount I payed for the replacement why am I paying more for a replacement under a warranty? I want my full amount $526.95 sent by check as bother cards I used are now both inactive.

    My $2200.00 grill guard came packaged quite nicely, as so I thought. The guys in the shop left the foam around the headlights on during install as to not scratch my pickup. As this is 5% of the unit and the rest seemed to be fine it wasn't warranted to inspect and recover. Upon install the foam was removed and gouging, scratching and missing paint was revealed. The foam was in superb condition. This indicates to me that the unit was packaged while not being in "new" condition and sent off to the consumer. I am in contact with customer service but it does not appear to be getting anywhere. It is a nice sturdy bumper, but if I wanted a used one I would've bought one half price on market place.

    My order number is *******. I ordered a hard top for my daughters jeep ******** on February 20, 2022. As of 10-16-23 (not a typo 1 year and 8 months) i am without the $2,331.99 that was paid to the Company and do not have the hard top. Like other reviewers, it is impossible to get help and when we have remained on the line (since late June) when they said they would process a refund we have heard endless excuses that they have switched accounting systems and have no way of letting us know when payment will be issued, a check number or any other tracking. We have been reasonable as Covid -19 hit manufacturing hard. However, I want everyone to know my experience. I will be sharing my experience with all social media and have reached out to an attorney to explore other remedies. Nothing is embellished and all i have asked for is the money that Bumper Superstore have been in possession of for well over a year be returned to me. Buyer beware!

    I ordered the wrong bumper about a month ago and filed a return order when it came in. ******* got in touch with me in 2 business days and got right to work helping me through the process. We had some issues with my return label, but it got sent to me in a timely manner. Very easy to work with and great customer service!

    TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND! We spent $4300.00 on bumpers and a winch and told them to add expedited shipping which was never done was suppose to have everything here on 7/20/23 well part of it was delivered and delivered after our business hours and all left outside our business on a very busy highway, we came in on 7/21/23 and put the truck in shop took it apart and found out when we opened the parts the front bumper was not delivered and the rear bumper looked like it had been dropped out of the sky scratched from one end to the other. I immediately called ***** and he tells me the front bumper does not even show being shipped yet he would find out and would call me back today is 7/27/23 and I still have not heard from him I also had to go through returns to get another rear bumper they will not ship me the rear bumper until they receive there rear bumper back and they supplied the shipping label and can see that it is in transit and we had to take the rear bumper and supplies to the ***** store they never picked up. When I call today to check on these items I got hung up on twice and nothing accomplished. This is worse company I have ever had to deal with poor customer service, I have lost $7,000.00 this week due to them holding my bay up with truck stuck in the bay waiting on there parts and they don't want to consider anything to help our customer who is waiting on his truck, I was also told all parts were in stock so they have no excuse for any of this, they are a joke would not recommend them to anyone. Think twice before you order or do business with them, we always stand behind our word to our customers. I would not even give a one star but it won't let me leave the review without selecting one

    1st time dealing with this company for my business. They never answer the phone or respond back to emails. When I did speak to them about my tax exempt they never responded. I ended up ordering offline just as a buyer vs business and was never notified my order was processed. I finally called into customer service and was told the part was on backorder and won't ship for 2 more weeks. I advised the rep that I would be calling back to cancel. I ordered elsewhere, cancelled through email and I tried to call the next day to cancel with no answer but i received an email my item will arrive the next day. Now returns is telling me I have to pay shipping and restock fees. On top of that the item does not even come with what is needed to attach it to the jeep. The site description does not give a "required" section. Yet the other sites does now that I looked to see why this was missing a part. They do not return calls and will not work with you. Never again will I do business either them for my customers and I plan to notify all of them not to use this company.
