Hi there - my wife and I have been buying Heavenly Organic's Neem Honey from ******** for years and absolutely love it. However, when we went to place an order from ******** earlier this year they were not carrying it, so we ordered a 6 x 22oz jar directly from Heavenly Organics (ORDER *******) and had it sent to a shipping service in ***** ******* (as we live in Canada). We recently picked up the order and opened it up and to our horror the contents of each jar looks solid and curdled - nothing like the nice deep brown color that was clear and viscous in all of our previous orders through ********. We have not opened any of the jars, and have tried numerous times (and methods - contact us form, email, voice mail) to contact Heavenly Organics to get this issue resolved, but the are not responding. The phone number on their contact us form ************** says it is not in service and the ************** number at the bottom of their site goes to voicemail (I left them a message last week). We have number of pictures (attached) that we emailed them so they can see the issue. We would like to get this resolved as soon as possible, either with a refund or sending out a new batch that does not have this issue.
