DNI gave me a proposal for installing a new electrical panel and heating and cooling mini splits. They performed the work with no permits. They hired an electrician to install the electrical panel which it turned out that he was not legal to work in Northern ********. DNI also installed the heating and cooling without a permit. I complained and then they got a permit for just the heating and cooling . The city inspector then came and inspected and found problems with the hook up on the cooling and heating system to the new panel. The condenser was not hooked to enough wattage. So then DNI sent out the first electrician to correct problem. Then the inspector came back for the second time and noticed that it was a new electrical panel and said it also needed a permit. So now they bring in a different electrician that just wants to fix the hook up for the heating and cooling which the first electrician came in and did. They are dragging their feet on getting the permit and correcting all the problems on the install of the new electrical panel. The person that started all this is no longer working at that company. DNI doesn't want to own up to the new electrical panel. I don't know what to do to get this resolved.
