    Tenant July 2024-August 2025. Rented while building a home from these neat folks. Worst experience I have ever had. Treated like garbage and talked to in a condescending manner when bringing legitimate concerns to their attention.They got me for over $2k in overcharges. Then ripped off $1k from our deposit. We spent a lot on repairs and left that home and yard in much better shape than we received it. Currently preparing a suit. They are crooks and by no means intend to do good business. Owners and tenants beware. Wish me luck.! Good always prevails!

    I rented from The Source for a year and a half. from March 2024 -June 2025. Their bold policy of no contact with their tenants is a curios one. It's as if you're an inconvenience, not a customer. Perhaps they have more important things to do than respond timely. Maybe avoiding one on one contact and treating tenants like suspected criminals is the new normal among Property Management companies. Whatever the reasoning behind their business model, I found it unsatisfactory as a tenant.
