      Ad says 24 hour availability. This was just an answering service. Took 4 days to get someone to show up. I had a packrat, which I left of the message with the answering service. They didn't have any traps for them, and had to come back. They set the 2 traps that I had bought. I was told I would only have one, but I actually had 3. I had to set and clean the traps to get rid of them. They were going to come back a few days later, and never did. Finally called about 2 weeks later to follow up.A waste of the $399 I had to pay for a visist.

      Our tech arrived at 12:15pm and didnt knock on our door until after 2:00pm. Ive had issues with getting a reply to any of our requests and when I submit on the portal, they continue to be checked as resolved but nothing has been resolved with no agreement or communication from the company. The tech said he would handle the service and spray today. I signed the approval. Once I signed the document, he said he cant spray today but we will be charged for the service, and we will get another request out for a tech to spray at a later date. I wouldnt have signed the document if he said he wasnt able to spray which he never said; he actually said he WOULD. We got NO RAIN at our residence yesterday.We received a $41 bill dated 9/18/24; for the service that was not completed yesterday. No resolution Would give zero stars if possible - STAY FAR AWAY!!

      I had called this company to come take a look at my issue. They did set up a time which I canceled. The issue I'm having is trying to be dealt with between myself and the neighbors landlord. I have not signed any contract or agreement yet they have set up an account and have been charging me every month. I called and spoke to a representative and he told me he would take care of it and cancel the acct. Now they have added another month onto this acct. Just a heads up if you call them they'll set up an acct and start charging without any agreement.

      I was provided service on 26 April 2024. I received my bill and paid via check on May 7th. On May 20th, Enviropest not only cashed my check but also illegally used my routing and accounting number to charge me a second time on the same day. I have never allowed this company to go into my bank account electronically and have always paid by check. I called the number listed here on the BBB site to register a complaint on 21 May and was told I would be contacted by today 24 May. I called again today and "Accounting" had not yet responded is what I was told. Therefore, I contacted my bank for resolution and instructed them to never again pay Enviropest. I have sent several e-mails indicating to them that I no longer want their services.

      Did not perform as advertised, specifically could not handle rodents inside or outside, as advertised, did not inspect the property as they specified, did not seal egress as specified, did not treat wasps or remove nests as advertised, did not treat for ants. Did not install a digital rodent monitor as advertised. Will not return calls, in spite of my repeated calls I get answering service type people who tell me a supervisor will return my calls, but it doesn't happen. I have rated at one star because there is ******* star option.

      It's absolutely horrible. Jami, the receptionist, is rude! She will just hang up on you! The service is not good anymore. They used to clean up cob webs nope not any more. Now I actually get bugs in the house. I never did before. Jami is the worse! She should not work with customers!

      Thank you for your feedback. We will use it to do some training in order to provide better customer service. Can I get the address that we serviced, so I can research more and make sure the service technician also gets the proper training? I would be happy to get a Service Manager out to make sure your service is excellent.

      I have had multiple problems since this company took over my last company this past year:1) did not set up billing correctly for 8 months after business takeover and I was hit with a 300+ payment around Christmas.2) double billed me in 2 separate months after the 300+ bill was caught and a payment plan had been set up. Getting ahold of customer service to rectify the problem is a nightmare.3) email communications are unclear, mass sent out, not timely and inconsistent.As a customer, it is not my job to ensure that your billing office has it's stuff together. I now have had to be hyper vigilant on my bill and to have 2 additional months of billing that is messed up is unforgivable, in addition to the problems when you took over. At this time I will be canceling my service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY BUSINESS!

      Stay away if they come to your home turn them away. They will try to provide the service that day or the next to get you stuck in a contract. The do not come on schedule, you will have to contact them to perform services and their customer service needs to be retrained. They are ripoff artist.
