- The following policy applies to returns of products purchased from MasterMind Docs LLC. If your MasterMind Docs product does not meet your satisfaction, you have 30 days to return the product for a full refund. Refunds will be offered in the original method of payment. Purchases made with a check require a 10-day waiting period. The appropriate tax amount by item will be included in your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the value of your return, unless the return is a result of our error. All returns must be new, unused and in original packaging, unless there was defective merchandise due to shipping. MasterMind Docs reserves the right to limit returns. Clearance sales are considered final, sold as-is and are not returnable for a refund. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
