  My path has always been one of exploration—of the self, human connection,
  and the unseen threads that shape our experiences. With a background in Human
  Development and Consumer Science, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding
  transformation, resilience, and the spaces where healing and growth emerge.
  
  I am a trained Holistic Healer and have been honored with the title of
  Shaman under the guidance of the Desert Shaman in Santa Fe, NM. With over a
  decade of apprenticeship in shamanic practice, I weave ancient wisdom with
  modern healing techniques to facilitate deep transformation. As a certified
  Death Doula, I provide compassionate guidance through life's sacred
  transitions. My practice integrates Shamanic journeying, tarot and angel
  readings, and spirit-guided wisdom, alongside Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
  (MBSR) certified under Jon Kabat-Zinn. Rooted in mindfulness, Gestalt therapy,
  and ancestral traditions, my work is dedicated to empowering others on their
  path to healing, self-discovery, and spiritual awakening.
  
  As a former Division I athlete and two-time All-American, I know that
  true strength isn’t just physical—it’s found in stillness, surrender, and
  embracing the unknown. I help athletes master the mental side of competition to
  reach their highest potential.
  
  With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, I’ve owned and built
  multiple businesses across different industries. This business acumen, combined
  with my passion for personal transformation, allows me to help others navigate
  both material and spiritual growth.
  
  Beyond my professional work, I am also deeply rooted in family life. I
  have been happily married for many years and am the proud parent of five
  children. Balancing career, family, and personal growth has given me a profound
  appreciation for time management, resilience, and the importance of being fully
  present in each moment.
  
  Through this platform, I offer mentorship, counsel, self-help, chakra
  balancing, inner child healing, somatic healing, metal coaching, meditation,
  Gestalt, mindfulness, shamanic guidance, angel guidance, personal
