I asked one of the receptionists at service if she would ask the mechanic to look at the Tire Monitoring System and she said she would ask the mechanic to do so. When driving home after the service appointment the light went off which indicates the Monitoring System has a problem. I immediately called the service department and talked with a person. He refused to ask the mechanic if he had looked at the system because he would have had to get out of his chair and go to the back and ask. He thought it would be better if I made another 2 hour round trip to his dealership. I was due to go on vacations the next morning. I didn't find them to be helpful at all. I have repeatedly asked to be taken off of their mailing list but to no avail. I still receive mail. Talking to anyone at the dealership is a waste of time. They have told me 3 times they would remove me from their mailing list and then they don't remove me.

The support and service provided by ****** , and **** the mechanic , were very helpful and very generous. I was on vacation and had some serious issues with my truck and they resolved them in two days.

I recently purchased a used truck here and within two weeks catastrophic failure and that's not all. Kirk A. was horrible. I negotiated with him and agreed on a price that would reflect a $750 reduction in price. That did not happen, and he boldly lied about any such agreement. I should have left the truck there at that point and wish I had. I traveled four hours to purchase this truck. Driving home I realized they needed my mailing address and I did not know how to reach the financing bank. He belittled me and said I should just have looked at my paperwork. I got home and looked in my envelope and found only the registration. I called again and he said he would email me the documents. The docs he sent had no information, not even my signature. He called me a day later asking for more information and telling me if I did not provide more info they would come get the truck. At this point I did not want to do business with them and told them to come pick up the truck. I called the bank and asked them to cancel the application (which had not been processed yet) and found out that the dealership had added 2% to the interest rate approved by the bank. The dealer finance dep. pushed the loan through anyway and I was stuck. So in just a matter of days following, the truck broke down. Catastrophic failure. I am absolutely devastated. I had reached out to the owner of the dealership early on when I started having trouble with Kirk and left four messages and never got a return call. NOT ONCE. This dealership is horrible. The owner, the salesman, the finance department. Davidson-Gebhardt are shady, lying thieves. They do not care about the customer. All they care about is $

Buyer beware! Was hounded from them after doing a search on the internet for a ***** Suburban for weeks. Spoke to someone on and off ( never provided name just business), finally made a decision to make a deposit on an incoming Suburban only to be told that they were only selling Tahoe's and Suburbans to locals. We are from Florida but my husband is working in Colorado for roughly a year and we decided to go ahead and buy a bigger vechicle while we were here. During our text back and fourth I had mentioned us being from Florida and nothing was ever mentioned prior. Whoever did mention that it come up in their system as Wheat Ridge,CO but that was the extent to that. Again, nothing was ever mentioned about not selling to someone out of state. I understand that a business has the right to reserve who they well to, but to blatantly waste someone's time is very unprofessional. Wish I could upload all the text messages between me and the company. Please steer clear of anyone wanting to do business with this company if you are not from around Colorado. Never in my life have I been told I could not buy something because I was not a local, money is and always will be universal! Great Job representing Colorado and its economy.

Hey Ashley, thanks for the feedback. I did look through your communication with our sales rep and he did provide you his name and was up front through out the entire process until he was told that you were in Florida for tax purposes. We do, unfortunately need to keep our inventory for our local customers because GM has metrics that we need to meet based off of selling within our area of operation. When we sell a unit out of state, a local customer may purchase one outside of our area of operation and that hurts our business. If we had known from the beginning where you were, we certainly would have been up front with you about our process and let you procure a vehicle else-ware. Again, thank you for your feedback and we will try and do a better job of asking those questions up front with customers.
