I brought my *** 2012 135i into BMW of Loveland on July 5, 2023 for a safety recall repair, Recall Campaign No.19V-579. Its for the ************ Wiring. I was told that they did not have the parts for the repair and I would have to come back, they ordered the parts and would call me to let me know the part had arrived and reschedule service. I have not been contacted at all and its been 32 days. I have called 10 times and left a voicemail message every time with my name and phone number, no one has contacted me. I used the chat service and have kept the transcripts of the 5 conversations *** had promising a call back, no one has called. I have emailed BMW of Loveland, left all of my information, no one has emailed me back. I have emailed *** *** no one has called me back. This recall involves the wiring for the system, known as the blower-motor, that controls air flow for the heating and air conditioning system. Over time, the connection between the wiring and this system could deteriorate and, in rare cases, could lead to overheating. If overheating occurs, this could further lead to a short circuit or melting at the connection. In extremely rare cases, this could lead to a fire. I live in *******, BMW of Loveland is the closest and only location I can bring my vehicle, its a 4 hour drive that Ive already made once and am willing to do again if someone would actually assist me. If something were to happen to my vehicle due to the safety recall I would be holding BMW of Loveland solely responsible for their careless conduct about me and my car.
