To whom it may concern/BBB;

     My name is Melinda Case and I have been at Big O Tires almost all day figuring out transactions and speaking to the owner/Troy he never gave a last name. An employee requested yesterday to talk to the owner about the wear and tear on new tires bought approximately 5 months ago which are worn to nothing now. I explained to the owner that this problem occurred, and he asked if an alignment had been done when the tires were bought this would not have happened.  I told him, “No, your employee told me to get all four tires before doing an alignment.  The owner stated, “this was hearsay and none of my employees would do this.”  
     Saying it again and letting him know I am not lying, the tires are worn, and now I  need to buy new ones, why is the warranty not paying for this? He said again, “This is hearsay we cannot do that; they are not covered because of an alignment not done.”  My car needed an alignment badly, I wouldn’t have waited if after getting the first two tires they let me get the alignment and told me this. Today I paid again for the same tires, they took the ones with damage, and I bought the back ones today.  The first transaction was the front. The tires are approximately 334.00 for both and I think a refund should be given for the first transaction. 
     I am a sixty-two-year-old female very responsible and respectful; this gentleman should have not talked to me in this tone, and the employee should have clarified to come back right away, or the front tires would be ruined driven on with no alignment. Could you please write a letter or help with this situation.
      My girlfriend also bought tires from BIG O a couple of years ago and was not told either. They told her needed an oil change and a week before that an oil change was done with Jiffy Lube. So, they lied and she received an oil change within a week before telling her she needed one.     I do not know what is going on with BIG O tires, but it seems unprofessional on a few levels.      Thank you [email protected]   if any questions
