              i have been charged $108.24 to renew for a year but have been locked out of my account. there is no customer service to deal with this due to no phone service and the chat people give me the run around and when asked for proof i can not attach my document in the chat box. they have attempted to try to charge for over a month and it cleared this week. why would i not be either notified about this or the sensible thing to do would be to stop trying! when it cleared and i was charged i went to use my service and found out it was locked! They are a business promoting wellness and spiritual education but run it like all other businesses with no customer service and no apologies to the mistakes. I want a refund

              I purchased a ball chair that had multiple imperfections on the base. I asked the company to replace the damaged part, but they refused to help. This company does not stand behind their products.
