    I have asked Longmont dairy in person and on the app to stop billing my debit card. They unlawfully charged my card today for $147.67. When I asked them specifically multiple times they cannot charge that card. I need that money back plus $35 for the overdraft fee they are causing my account to have. Now I cannot feed my family for the next week!

    Hello BBB,

    Huntington ****** was a customer of *******************************************. He signed up for our weekly service on June 21, 2024. When signing up for service at his doorstep with *****, he signed a contract, which he gave his billing information and agreed to pay for the prior month of service on roughly the 9th of each month. Customers are allowed to cancel at any time. He did pay for his first two deliveries; however, he has not paid the for the remaining 8 deliveries.

    On Sept 9, we attempted to charge his card for past deliveries. On Sept 12, the *** was returned as he didn't have the funds to be charged. The office has a process of reaching out to customers to notify them of overdue bills. On Oct 10, Huntington was charged again for his overdue bill and September bill. His bank charged him the $35 that he has mentioned, due to not having sufficient funds in his account. He immediately called our office and very aggressively demanded that they reverse the $147 charge because he wouldn't be able to feed his family. They reversed the overdue charge (for products and service he received and is delinquent in paying) and agreed to set him up on a payment plan for the next few months. That was a courtesy we offered him to help him out so he could avoid going to collections.

    We never charged him fraudulently. Huntington ****** has neglected to pay for a grocery delivery service that he received and is now making false claims about us and not paying us for what he received, which is fraudulent. 

    I have included the three invoices from his time of service with us so that you can see what he received.

    I got a milk delivery 3/7 and on 3/8 found the milk exploded in my fridge asking customer service if this was something that could happen I was told yes if the milk was in the back of the fridge well thats exactly where my milk was Id never received any notice that the milk should not be in the back of my fridge or this could happen I dont completely agree with them saying its because it gets too cold as nothing has changed as far as temperature settings or where I place my milk so I think it was maybe a little more then just getting too cold well needless to say I had to spend hours taking apart my fridge and had to throw away a number of things in my fridge due to this I want reimbursement for the things I had to throw out as well as my time to clean the mess

    Hello,

    I followed up with my office manager on this issue with ***********. She said she was very apologetic and communicated with him both over email and phone. He said that one bottle had broken so she did credit him the bottle ($3.94) and another $5. She explained that if bottles are full, and too close to a very cold source that the bottle can break from the fluid expanding. Although *********** did express frustration, he seemed fine with the solution and then later cancelled. I'm willing to send the $60 to further resolve this issue. Is it ok to mail a check to the person and address listed?
