      Like so many others before me, I was harassed by a sales girl while in Capri. She asked to look at my under eyes. She said she had a cream to make them look better. Just like those who have complained before me, what she put on my eye did work, then what she sold me is not the same product. This is a bait and switch scam. It doesnt do anything and cost $500. She also said I would receive VAT tax back of which I havent. I bought a fake product by a fake company. This is not legit. I will be filing disputes and sharing my story with others.

      I was shopping at a mall in ******** ****** (*********) and was approached and pressured by a very pushy salesperson (******) at Lavelier franchise store to try their skin care product. I insisted I had no time but before I knew it he had seated me down and started to apply a product all the time telling me stories (lies) about the product. I do not believe that the product he tried on me is the same product that he eventually sold me. He told lots of stories about stores in Colorado and **********. Lots of stories about benefits and how amazing I looked. Very effective salesperson who is master at dishing out lies and exaggerations to get vulnerable people (older women) to buy their product. Im ashamed to say that I fell for his lines and false promises. I paid $500 for a product that I now see available at Amazon and other vendors for far less. The reviews of this product by credible sources does not support what I was told during the sales pitch. He tried to sell me additional products for over $6000! Luckily I didnt fall for that pitch! These stores are franchise owned and they are all about scamming the public. The parent company hides behind the fact that they dont control the local stores. This is criminal and this company should be stopped from perpetuating lies and deceitful practices. Women need to be warned about the false promises and scams run by this companys local franchise owners/managers and staff. Due to my concerns during the process I did not give him my actual name. I gave him the name of *********************** and false context information on the form he asked me to fill out. I should have trusted my instincts then and just walked away!

      On July 11, 2023, I was at the outlet mall around 3pm and was given a free sample from some employee at lavelier. I took it and tried to walk away but was blocked and was told to come inside the store. I didn't want to go in but got pressured and went in and got products tried on me. The employee tried to sell me products for $300 but I said no since it was too much money. She gave me a discount so the total was $150 plus tax. I am a 16 year old girl that felt pressured into buying the products when I never wanted them. The employee knew I was ******************************************************************** I couldn't speak out since they were all adults and I was just a minor. I came back the same day, around 7pm, and wanted to get a refund. I brought back the products sold to me in the original bag given to me, unopened and unused. The employees there wouldn't give me a refund, saying that they couldn't, and I would have to talk to a manager. I came back the next day around 11am to talk to the manager to try to get a refund and she still wouldn't give it to me, saying that they don't do refunds. I am a minor, an underage girl that was pressured into buying their products when I never wanted to. I just want my money back, and am willing to give back their products that haven't been touched. The employee pressured me, a young girl, into buying products with my own money when I never wanted it in the first place.

      Dec 08 22 Went to ******* ************ for quick in and out to pick up specific item. I was basically accosted by a female Chanel. Selling cosmetics for Lavelier, name on the store. I told ****** that I did not have time for this. I am a senior citizen and needed to be home by dark. She said well let me give you a card with $400 gift to set appointment with ****. Told her again, I dont have time. Chanelit will only take a second. ****** introduces me to *****************. Big Hawaiian man, very intimidating. I was told by **** to sit down. **** is now putting more cosmetics on my face. I explained to **** that I did not have time for this. I picked up my bag and stood up leave. **** proceeded to tell meput your bag down and sit back down ok now I am angry and scared. **** gave me the price for products as $4k. I told him there was no way that I could afford this. **** then told me he way not from ****** and would not bargain with me. I ended up spending $328. I took product back to store a week later where I was once again yelled at and intimidated by ****. I did not get a refund. I left the product on the counter as I walked out with **** screaming at me in front of other customers. I want my money refunded an want nothing more to do with these people or this company. When a class action lawsuit is filed against these people it will be no surprise. The intimidating scare tactics they use to sell should be illegal

      Who does own this business. I see this is historically the response every time a complaint has been filed against this retailer. No responsibility is taken for their actions. I am not the only person to file a claim against this company. I will did deeper until I find out who owns the store. And proceed when I get the information needed. It is sad that the public gets ripped off by these people that work for Lavelier. Lavelier will continue to do this as there is no consequence their actions. They know they can get away with it and they will continue.

      A sales lady in the mall put cream under my eyes that immediately tightened my face. I was told this was a 2 yr supply. After paying almost $350 for this cream, the cream is definitely not the same thing the lady put on my face. Not only does it not tighten my face but now it has ****** and unable to use. My purchase was only a little over 2 months ago. I am so frustrated and just want my money back.

      On oct 3,I purchased facial products for$350 at a stall in **************, Venofye Flat1. The sales person assured me that products were allergy free and put a couple of product samples on my face. I decided to buy but After 4 hours I became quite ill: had a terrible headache stinging skin and horrible taste in my mouth. I would like to return products- they are still in the bag provided.       On Sept 16, 2022 I was on vacation with friends in **********, ** when I very pushy sales lady approached me and talked me into coming in her store to show me what she could do for my eye bags. She then put something under my eyes that instantly tightened my skin and I could feel and see the difference for the next 24 hours. I was told to apply each night for 7 nights then once a week after that. I could tell the very next night what I had was not what she put on my skin. I paid $384.13 for products that are nothing more than lotion in some glorified containers. I have emailed 3 times with no response and tried calling. The number on the business card is always busy and the number on the website either has mailbox full or if you do get to leave a voicemail you never get a response. I am now disputing this with my credit card company. I would like a full refund.

      Our records indicate the customer has been in contact with our office. Unfortunately, after reviewing the receipt the item is not a Lavelier product and the customer did not purchase any ********************** products.       Extremely high pressure from an employee of Lavelier chasing me in the mall at ********* in **** ******. I kept saying no, not interested, no time but kept pressuring me. I felt I had to purchase in order to leave. ****** gave himself a tip and my total was almost $9,000.00. Theres no use contacting their customer service. The number goes straight to voicemail and no one returns your call. Beware people, these people are scammers and their product is no better than anything you buy over the counter. When they get enough complaints they just change the name. Im very angry! How do these people live with themselves?
