    **** was very responsive when I called to have our radon system checked. It was originally installed about six years ago when we purchased the house. There appeared to be some dirt on the venting, and I thought it should be checked. He explained what it probably was and assured me it was not a problem but would be out to check it out and made an appointment with me. He came out, caulked the seam, and was on his way in about 20 minutes. Nice job!
