On December 22, 2023 I took my 2016 Buick Enclave to AutoNation Buick GMC at *************************************************************, because my check engine light was on and I couldnt go faster than 35 MPH. Also, my tire sensor light was back on. This is one of the updates I received from them, UPDATE: Did get a tech to hammer out what is going on with your vehicle today. Looks like the accelerator pedal and position sensor is failing. Also, found that 3 of the Tire Pressure Monitor sensors are not registering. The next Update was on December 26, 2023 Saw the history on the tire pressure sensor looks as though there was only one replaced at that time. Now, we have 3 that are not responding to the computer (batteries are probably dead in the other three). The check engine light is on for code P2138, faulty sensor not plausible - after testing found the accelerator pedal is not responding to the position sensor(repair estimate $556.64.That would leave us with the tire sensors $446.73+taxes. Just let me know how you want to proceed on the accelerator pedal, Pressure sensors, and the brakes and I will get them done as soon as we can. I responded by pointing out by screen shot though my My Buick APP that it shows that only one was not working and reminded them that on November 10, 2023 I paid for that one to be fixed.Once I received my SUV back my OnStar, and my My Buick App were no longer working, also now all my Tire sensors are showing they need to be replaced, even the one I paid to get fixed on November 10,2023. I was on the phone with OnStar for 45 minutes trying to see if they could tell me what was going on. They couldnt even find my SUV and recommended that I contact General Motors which I have. This Dealership came highly recommended but Im totally disappointed by the way they are doing me. Ill never go back to that dealership. The people that recommended them is heart broken by what has happened to me and refuse to return to get any work done on there vehicles.

I regret to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience at AutoNation Buick GMC, specifically with the **************************I attempted to buy a vehicle in cash, and everything seemed promising until they insisted on proof of my "authority" to make the purchase under a business. Despite being legally listed as CO Owner on our bank account, they encountered issues verifying my authorization. They pulled our articles of incorporation, which, according to legal advice, do not specify signing authorization beyond the listed owner. In an attempt to comply, I consulted with and provided a legal statement signed by all necessary parties upon the dealership's request, but they failed to specify the required format. After multiple visits, they eventually demanded a company letterhead for my statement during my final visit. These requirement seemed entirely unnecessary and was deemed excessive by both ********* and the fleet manager at ****** whom I consulted on the matter. I would have provided all the necessary material's if they had simply spelled it out. This ordeal has been frustrating, time-consuming, and, in my opinion, reflects poorly on the dealership's understanding of what proves signing authority. Regardless of their policy they should have provided an outline of what they deem Illegal authorization. This will be a great topic to discuss on The Troubleshooter Show.

BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a used vehicle from Auto Nation in *********. *** sales portion went well; no complaints. However, I live three hours away and picked up my vehicle and started heading home. I noticed the air in the front left tire was low. When I got back I took my car to my mechanic to put air in the tires. He was unable to put air in the tire as it had "Fix a Flat" product in the new tire. I drove this car over Vail Pass in a snow storm. ***se types of tire sealants are temporary fixes and not to be driven 175 miles! *** lack of disclosure about this put me at risk as there is no spare for this car. My mechanic had to clean out the Fix a Flat material and replace the stem. Managment knew the tire had been flat and a tire sealant product was used as the General Manager had been driving the car and he's the one that got the flat. I found this situation extremely unprofessional. To add insult to injury a few days after this incident I went to start the car and the battery was dead! I was informed that the battery was the original (5 years old) and should have been replaced based on their multi-point inspection process.
