"Had Southwest Van Lines pickup my household and office furniture the 18th of September, it is the 19th of October and still no furniture, I have called and you get an answering machine, left message and no reply. I guess they think you just need to sleep on the floor and eat on paper plates, cause there in no importance on getting your furniture, so you can settle into your new residents." ...
