      Worst experience ever with faulty receivers. Rude customer service by the doctor as well as his male receptionist. I've had issues with their hearing aids for 2 years and still to this day, they do not work. I was told to get out of their office and find me another provider. That's how professionals treat people with disabilities!

      Were sorry to hear that your experience with our office did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide respectful and professional care to all of our patients and take feedback seriously.


      During your visit, we diagnosed a faulty speaker wire in your hearing device using our standard diagnostic tools. We replaced the part and verified the repair through follow-up testing. When we informed you of the associated service charge, you declined the repair and requested that we reinstall the original faulty component, which we did at your request.


      You waited to speak with the provider, who explained that in order to assist you appropriately, a scheduled appointment would be necessary. We regret that this was not acceptable to you and that the interaction ended on a negative note.
