    ********* was very professional and thorough from the initial appointment through installation. *** and his crew did a great job with the installation of the 20 windows and two sliders even though the weather conditions were not ideal.

    We ordered 23 windows from Gravina's Window Center of Littleton. These were mostly large picture windows and 11 of them had been mismeasured and arrived too small to fit into the existing openings. ******* offered to re-side 2 sides of our home that would need to be reframed to fit the smaller windows in exchange for us accepting the mismeasured windows. We agreed. The windows were installed and ******* was paid. Then ******* rescinded their own offer to re-side our home with no explanation. This left large unsealed areas with no siding around the windows and our home was open to wind, snow, cold, dirt and bugs for months. They walked away and never looked back. We had to re-side our home ourselves for $28K and *********************. We received payment a year later, only after filing a lawsuit and obtaining a court judgement against them. Do not do business with this company. They do not return calls or emails, and they are dishonest and incompetent.

    I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their products. From my first meeting to installation everything was smooth and professional. I was not easy to deal with and they were great with my schedule. I have now had my new windows through a hot summer and a cold winter. It is amazing what a difference this has made! I did not realize how important windows were. Thank you ******* family S *******

    ********* was great to work with in spite of the "supply chain" long wait for the windows. Once they got here ********* was quick to set up an installation date with us that fit our schedule. The installers were clean and professional as well as being friendly and comfortable. The bedroom window was a simple job of remove the old and inset the new, but the bathroom window was a carpentry job as well. *** spent an entire day, inside and outside of our second story bathroom, rebuilding, caulking and correcting the existing window opening on our **** house, before installing the new window. Now there are no air leaks, no whistling wind on a cold night. The windows are tight, firm and secure. We chose ********* specifically because when making the original estimate they noticed the issue of the bathroom window and included it as a matter of course. ********* is a wonderful group to work with. Their prices are competitive and their service is exemplary. Hire them, you won't be sorry.
