    I worked for this company for 11 months, maintaining the same hours and completing the same duties as the other out-of-town canvassers. However, I was denied benefits, including a 401k and retirement plan, and my Christmas bonus was withheld, even though all other employees received one. I was singled out and exploited due to my speech and manner of speaking.(I am a southerner and I speak with an accent.) While the company earned hundreds of thousands of dollars from my efforts, I only made $27,000 last year because of their flawed bonus structure and poor management of out-of-town crews. The company is dishonest, claiming to offer a 40% discount, but likely inflating their starting prices create the illusion of savings. They are essentially deceiving customers. ****** even remarked that only foolish people pay 8% interest on financing. I earned a 1% commission, largely because every time I succeeded in a town, the top two workers underperformed there and were relocated elsewhere. I have been sabotaged on multiple, particularly after they stopped going to *******.

    Professional personnel. Windows are wonderful. We did have to reschedule install a few times due to weather and unforeseeable circumstances but still acceptable time frame. Follow up is appreciated. Would and have recommended!

    Professional, friendly and punctual. Did everything they said they were going to, showed up when they said they would. Did a fantastic job replacing windows on our home and we even got them sooner than expected so that was a plus. Definitely recommend.

    I absolutely love my new siding. It was like getting a whole new house!! The job was done very efficiently, and they had extensive knowledge of what they were doing. I highly recommend American Remodeling for any siding or window job. Worth every *****!!

    We had 9 windows and a sliding glass door replaced We were very happy with everyone from start to finish. We are very happy with the quality of windows and the installation. They are air tight and make the house much quieter. We didn't know what to expect but they are above our expectations, same with all members we did business with. We have and will continue to let people know how outstanding your business and people who run it are. Thank you.

    This was a three step process, first; with the sales person coming to explain the total process ,doing the walk through of my choices of windows, as well as, what needs to follow code in certain areas. And what windows that can only be used in certain areas due to size of frame. All was well explained , I was left with an itemized list of windows cost and balanced due. We continued to communicate, for I made a few changes and all was doable. Second, the measuring person came and clearly explained the process and especially windows used in bathroom areas. Both men clearly explained the window construction. The final step was that of three gentleman came with windows and in three days 12 windows were installed, four very large included. After installation the three from ********, left with all removed windows, a cleaned work area, worked well as a team and again answered all my questions and represented their company well. I have noticed at this time a warmer and quieter house. I was left with the knowledge to communicate with the company if I noticed any changes, due for what ever reason . ********

    The sales *** did a great job of explaining the value of ordering windows from American Remodeling, Inc. They ***laced 8 windows in our home for $13,795.00. This was the cheapest bid I found. The guy that came to measure the windows was kind, speedy and accurate. The next 3 guys that installed our windows. **** (the head guy) made sure that everything was completed in an orderly fashion. All 3 guys were professional, curious, and dedicated. We have a lifetime windows warranty. This is a one time transferable warranty if we sell our home. I highly recommend this company.
